ABOUT SPCA OF
BRADLEY COUNTY
ABOUT US.
Founded in 2014, the mission and purpose of the SPCA of Bradley County TN is to advance the welfare of animals in the Bradley County TN community, to promote the No Kill Sheltering philosophy and to operate exclusively for a charitable purpose within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
With funding from the Bradley County government, grants, and private donations, the SPCA of Bradley County works to place every animal in its care into permanent homes. We have a full-time director, a staff of approximately 8 employees, and several devoted volunteers. Every animal in our care receives age-appropriate vaccines, wormers, is spayed or neutered, and recieves a microchip with lifetime registration with adoption.
Less than 10 percent of animals in our care are euthanized due to incurable physical ailments or behavioral issues. We couldn't do what we do without the support of our followers and Bradley County’s citizens standing together to show every cat’s and dog’s life matters. (Note: we are not associated with the National ASPCA or the Humane Society of the United States).
